I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred. 

I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

We apologize that you received a wrong item. In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with Free 3 Day Returns If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. Just make sure to contact us within 3 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

How do I change or cancel my order? 
After you have submitted your order for processing, you cannot make any online changes. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after order placement and we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Are the products offered online different from those available in ChenOne Home stores?
No, they are same, but all styles may not be offered online. If you have seen an item in one of our stores but cannot find it at chenonehome.com, please write to Customer Service.

Are the prices offered online same as at ChenOneHome stores?
Yes, our pricing is consistent, unless there is any Special Offer either at stores or online. Any 
online Special Offer can only be availed by buying and paying online and vice versa. Please feel free to write to Customer Service, if you have any questions.

How an Item will be packed?
Depending on the item(s) you are ordering, it will be packed in a ChenOneHome bag and/or box and wrapped in special Courier packaging.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
As soon as you place an order we will send an email confirming that your order has been received (your order number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

What is the delivery time?
Depending on the availability of stock and quantities ordered, please allow 5-10 days for deliveries within UAE. For international orders, customers must provide up to 2 weeks. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within specified time, ChenOneHome will inform the customer at earliest.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 The product I recently purchased is now on sale, can I get a price adjustment? 
Unfortunately, current sale prices cannot be applied to the previously placed orders. Similarly, each sale has an expiration date, after which the sale prices are no longer valid.

 Is the color depiction of products on the site accurate?
